Our basic service engagement
methodology is very simple - you let us know your detailed
requirements, and we tailor suitable solutions to meet the same.
However, a very important aspect of the solution we propose to you is
the delivery model. These models can essentially be classified into two
categories - Dedicated and Shared.
We describe these two
models below :
Dedicated : Within this model, staff
are allocated exclusively at your service. They work in your team
full-time and don't perform any other work apart from your company's.
Pricing of services is usually determined based on the number of staff
deployed and what we charge you for each staff member's services.
Features :
- Staff work only for you. You receive their
complete time and focus.
- You will have direct contact with each staff
member deployed at your service.
- They can be trained directly by you,
instructions regarding support policies and such can be passed directly
to them.
- Highly customizable, you can customize service
levels to a great extent.
- Very high degree of flexibility, control and
scalability.
How our dedicated service
engagements work :
- You submit your RFP and we study your
requirements.
- We assess your requirements and workloads and
suggest how much dedicated manpower is required.
- Your inputs are sought as well on the number of
staff you think you require, your specific coverage needs etc.
- Decisions on team strength and composition are
taken, and a quote is formulated based on all that.
- Once the proposal is accepted, service
agreements are signed and service commences.
- Workloads and team strength/composition are
reviewed from time to time.
- You have the ability to request staff additions
and add staff seamlessly to address specific coverage requirements.
- We propose similar improvements too based on
workload and coverage factors.
Shared : Within this model, your
requirements are serviced by a team that also services other clients.
Shared support model is typically engaged in scenarios where the
requirements don't justify deployment of dedicated staff working
exclusively for you (for example in case of companies with lower
workloads).
Features :
- Staff are shared, however, we're careful about
ensuring that each shared team services only a small group of clients.
- You will not have direct contact with each team
member. All contact will be through common shared channels (common chat
ids and group email addresses).
- Standard response time of 1 hour. Customization
of service levels is possible, however, the ability and extent of
customization is limited.
- Team composition may be subject to change from
time to time (we will of course maintain service levels and quality
irrespective of all that).
How our shared service
engagements work :
- You submit your RFP and we study your
requirements.
- Based on workloads, service level requirements
and skill levels involved, a quote is proposed.
- Once the proposal is accepted, service
agreements are signed and service commences. However, pricing remains
under review during the first month.
- After completion of one month, pricing is
finalized based on real world understanding of your workload (there are
seldom any changes in pricing after the first month)
- The finalized price is frozen for 6 months,
after which workload assessment is done again and relevant pricing
determined accordingly (this is important as workloads tend to increase
with time for a growing company, thus necessitating periodic workload
assessments and pricing revisions)

finally engaged, you can be assured of quality services. Our philosophy
as a service provider is that no two clients are the same, so it is
important to understand each client's requirement and tailor a solution
that perfectly fits their unique requirements. And once the right
solution is determined and we start, we commit ourselves to delivering
what we promise you, and making sure that we're adding genuine value to
your business through our services and helping you grow!
